INBAF, the Irish National Braille and Alternative Formats Authority, in association with our friends at Fighting Blindness Incorporating the National League of the Blind, are delighted to invite you to join us for coffee and a chat on Thursday June 5th, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.
We’ll be meeting at 21 Hill Street, Dublin 1.
At this, our first community event, you’ll have the chance to learn:
- Who are INBAF and what do we do.
- How you can get involved with our work and how we can work with you for a more inclusive and accessible society, where alternative formats are the norm and not the exception.
If you have questions, or feedback about our work, or things that you think we should be doing, then we’d love to hear these on the day as well, and, finally, if you have a Perkins Brailler that might be in need of some TLC, then bring it along and we’ll be happy to take a quick look and see if we can tune it up.
If you’d like to join us and find out more, then we would be very grateful if you could send an email to info@inbaf.ie so that we can get some sense of the numbers of those who may be attending.
If you have questions, or need any further detail on the event, you can also use the same email address to get in touch with us and we’ll be more than happy to answer as best we can.
We look forward to seeing you on June 5th!
